Step 1
Turn off the machine, and remove the power cord.
Step 2
Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws at the back of the machine, and the back cover can be opened afterward.
Step 3
- Detach the cables of the laser tube and the laser PSU.
- Put the laser PSU's wire into the hole.
- Close the back cover
Step 4
Open the side cover to see the machine inside.

Use a Philips screwdriver to open the cover.
Step 5
Unplug the cables.
Step 6
Use a 5.5mm socket driver or wrench to remove the two nuts and keep the nuts secure for later use.
Step 7
Loosen the top-right nut. This screw does not have to be removed.
Step 8
Pull the PSU out and place it down.
Step 9
Loosen the bottom-right nut. This screw does not have to be removed.
Step 10
After loosening the last nut, the PSU should be able to be removed. Keep the PSU secure for later reassembly.
Step 11
Find the rocker switch's backside inside the machine.
Try to push the switch out a little. You have to pinch the sides of the switch with your fingers; the switch can then be pushed and shaken.
Step 12
With one of your heads pushing the switch out, the other hand will use a flat-head driver to pry it out.
Step 13
Take photos to ensure the position of each wire.
Step 14
Detach the wires from the switch.
Step 15
Connect the wires to the new switch.
Please make sure the wires go to the correct positions, as shown in the photo below or you can refer to the photos taken in Step 13.
Step 16
Push the switch into the hole.
Step 17
Hang the laser PSU back on the studs.
Step 18
Tighten the top-right and bottom-right nuts.
Step 19
Re-install the bottom-left nut.
Step 20
- Re-install the top-left nut.
- If you find it difficult to install this nut, you can use a plier to try tightening it.
- If it can't be tightened or fixed, this nut can be skipped or hung on the stud.
Step 21
- Replug the cables.
- Make sure the voltage is switched to your voltage source by your country or environment.

Close the side cover and tighten the screw.
Step 22
- Extract the new PSU's cable from the hole and move it to the back cover side.
- Reconnect the cables of the laser tube and the laser PSU.
- Close the back cover and tighten the screw.
