Step 1
Open the side cover to see the machine inside.

Use a Philips screwdriver to open the cover.
Step 2
Unplug the camera cable from the laser head side.
Step 3
Test the new camera cable by plugging it into the camera module on the laser head side and the USB-A on the mainboard side.
Note:
If there is no image during the test, please restart the machine and test it again.
If there is still no image after a restart, please contact customer support.
Step 4
After the external test, remove the new camera cable from the machine.
Step 5
Turn off the machine, and remove the power cord.
Step 6
Snip off the cable tie at the laser head side and extract the old camera cable.
Step 7
Cut off the USB-A connector of the old camera cable.
Step 8
Use tape to connect the new camera cable to the old camera cable.
Please test the strength after the connection to ensure it is strong enough.
Step 9
Extract the camera cable through the blue cable box.
(Please skip this step if your cable is not in the blue cable box.)
Step 10
- Extract the cable through the black cable box on the back.
- You will leave a length for the USB-A part to be plugged into the mainboard.
Step 11
Extract the cable through the plastic chain on the left side (Y-axis). The plastic chain can be opened with a flat-head driver.
Step 12
Extract the cable through the plastic chain in the work area (X-axis).
The plastic chain can be opened with a flat-head driver, but leave the first one closed, as in the video.
Step 13
Detach the new and the old cables by removing the tape. The old cable can then be dumped.
Step 14
Arrange the cable and plug it into the camera module board at the laser head side.
Plug the USB-A cable into the mainboard.
Step 15
Ensure the left plastic chain is closed.
Step 16
Close the side cover and tighten the screw.
