Step 2
Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws at the back of the machine, and the back cover can be opened afterward.
Step 3
Disconnect the laser tube grounding wire.
Step 4
- Detach the cables of the laser tube and the laser PSU.
Step 5
Remove the laser tube holders. (3mm hex screws x 4pcs)
Step 6
Place the rags or paper towels on both sides of the laser tube close to the water hoses and some on the table.
Step 7
Detach the connected water hoses at the left side of the laser tube.
The water will leak after detaching, so please prepare a water container to catch the water.
Step 8
Drain the water inside the laser tube and remove the laser tube from the machine.
- Remove the hose clip and snip off the cable tie on the water hose at the other side of the tube.
- Raise the tube and slowly detach the water hose. The water will be drained at the other side of the tube.
- Make sure the water hose on the left side is in the container.
Step 9
Remove the water hose from the old laser tube.
Step 10
Attach the water hose to the new laser tube.
Ensure that you attach it to the correct side with the white connector.
Please refer to the video below.
Step 11
Place the new laser tube.
- The white connector will be on the left side.
- The suggested position of the tube will be that the right edge of the tube is at the center of the water pump cap.
- Ensure the water inlet of the tube is horizontal.
Step 12
Reinstall the laser tube holders.
Step 13
On the right side of the tube (Low-pressure side), connect the water hose to the tube.
Step 14
On the left side of the tube (High-pressure side), connect the water hoses together.
Step 15
Connect the grounding wire of the laser tube to the terminal.
Please ensure that both grounding wires are on the same side.
Step 16
Connect the cables for the laser tube and the laser PSU.
After connecting, make the space as neat as possible by placing the white connector into the hole in the left corner and pushing the water hose inside the machine to make it shorter. Please refer to the video.
Step 17
Turn on the machine and fill in the water. Please refer to the guide below to fill in the water.
Cooling Water Replacement

(Machine Panel > Machine > Hardware Settings > Flow Speed Test )
- If your value is below 3L/min, please refer to the guide below to troubleshoot.

Step 19
The work for the laser tube replacement is done. However, as the laser tube is new and its positon won't be the same as the old one, the optical path should have been misalinged.
