Beambox II - Exhaust Fan Replacement

Step 1

Turn off the machine, and remove the power cord.

Step 2

Remove the vent hose if you have connected it.

Step 3

Open the water pump cover with the Torx screwdriver to find the plotter board.
(The board might be black or green.)

Step 3.1

This is an optional step.
Raise the machine to create more space above and below, or move the machine to the edge of the table.

Step 4

Unplug the fan's cable on the board.
(If your board does not look the same as the photo, please refer to the diagram for the latest setup. Do not use the photos below, as the board's version may vary.)

Step 5

Disassemble the old fan and assemble the new one. Please refer to the video.

Step 6

Ensure to plug the fan's cable into the board.

Step 7

Close the water pump plate.
