Step 1

Turn off the machine and use a T8 Torx screwdriver to open the side cover.

Step 2

Disconnect the Type-C cable. Please refer to the video at 0:00–0:15.

Step 3

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws on the RK board, then remove the RK board.

Step 4

Connect the display cable and Type-C cable to the new RK board (the white dot on the Type-C cable must face upward).

Step 5

Screw the RK board back into place.

Step 6

Reinstall the side panel.
