Step 1

Turn off the machine and remove the side cover.

Step 2

Mark the cables for the corrosponding driver boxes.
(Usually, the middle box is for the X-axis motor; the right box is for the Y-axis motor.)

Step 3

Unplug the RJ45 cable, transparent air hose, and the ribbon cable for more space.

Also snip off this cable tie for more space, if needed.

Step 4

Remove the middle and right driver boxes.

Step 5

Move the machine in order to reach the bottom screws.
(Please make sure your table is strong enough for moving.)

Step 6

Remove the screws for the 48V PSU.

Step 7

Mark the wires on the PSU. (V-, V+, L, N, G)

Step 8

Remove the wires from the PSU.

Step 9

The PSU can then be removed completely from the machine.

Step 10

Place the new PSU into the machine.

Step 11

Connect the wires to the PSU according to the marks.

Step 12

Screw in the bottom screws.

Step 13

Reinstall the driver boxes.

Step 14

Replug the RJ45 cable, transparent air hose, and the ribbon cable.

Step 15

Move the machine back to the proper position on the table.

Step 16

Reinstall the side cover.
