Step 1
Turn off the machine and remove the power cord.
Step 2
Use a T8 Torx screwdriver to open the side cover.
Step 3
Unplug the ribbon cable and the RJ45 cable to have more space.
Step 4
Detach the left driver box to have more space.
Step 5
Take photos of the entire 12V PSU wiring setup or mark the wires directly.
Please make the photos as clear as possible.
The purpose is to prevent you from forgetting where all the wires go when installing the new one.
(If you forget where the cable should go, please refer to the diagram for the latest setup.)
Step 6
Disconnect the wires on the 12V power supply.
(The screws on the PSU do have to be removed; only loosening is enough .)
Step 7
Remove the 12V PSU from the system. There are two screws fixing the PSU.
The top one has to be removed, but the bottom only has to be loosened, and the PSU can be detached.

Install the new 12V PSU.
Step 9
Connect the wires on the new 12V PSU. Please refer to the photos or marks in Step 5.
Step 10
Reinstall the driver box.
Step 11
Reconnect the ribbon cable and the RJ45 cable.
Step 12
Reinstall the side cover.
