Steps:

Enter
chrome://flagsin your browser's address bar - Search for "Local Network Access Checks for WebSockets" in the search bar on the page
- Change the "Local Network Access Checks for WebSockets" option from "Default" to "Disabled"
- Chrome will prompt you to relaunch the browser — click to relaunch
- Go back to
http://http.studio.flux3dp.com/and reconnect your machine - If the issue persists, please contact FLUX Support.
⚠︎If your computer has McAfee antivirus software installed, please refer to the video below to resolve this issue.
⚠︎For users on macOS 15 or later, you need to enable the “Local Network” option in the Privacy & Security settings to allow the machine to connect properly.
⚠︎If your MacBook has an Apple silicon chip and you encounter the error code “#802 Backend connection error,” please follow the tutorial to install the necessary packages.
To check your Mac’s chip, open “About This Mac” by going to the Apple menu > “About This Mac.” On a Mac with Apple silicon, the “Chip” field will display the chip name.
