Possible causes:
- Firewall settings
- The router blocks or loses multicast or UDP packets
- The operating system of the PC is old (may occur at the same time as error 802).
- Conflicts with other software
Solutions:
1. Manual enter machine IP, please go to the Network on the panel and record the machine's IP.
-
-
- beamo / Beambox (Pro) / HEXA: Network >> Wireless IP / Ethernet IP (The same network as your computer)
- Ador: Machine >> Network >> Wireless Network IP Address / Wired Network IP Address (The same network as your computer)
-
- 2. Go to the software preferences settings and enter the machine's IP address.
- 3. Once the IP address has been entered, click "Machine" in the top menu. Your machine should appear, indicating that the software has detected your machine on the same Network and the network connection setup is complete.
- Turn off the firewall temporarily (especially if you use 3rd-party firewall)
- Update Windows to 10 or above; update macOS to 10.13 or above if you use Apple's laptop.
