- Firmware and software version did not match

- Conflicts with other software
- If it's a specific SVG problem, kindly send the problem file to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not want to share the file, kindly provide the version of the drawing software or detail steps to reproduce the problem, so that we can progress the software and prevent other members in the community from encountering the same issue.
If the machine works before: go to Panel -> Settings -> Factory Reset to check whether the connection problem can be solved.
