Step 1

Turn off the machine, and remove the power cord.

Step 2

• Open the door cover to unscrew these secrets. (2.5mm hex x 4pcs)
  
  
  
  
• The laser head assembly can then be unmounted from the system.
  Please keep the screws and washers securely for later use.
  
  

Step 3

Unplug the cables on the board.

Step 4

• Remove the nuts of the board on the laser head assembly.
  
  
  
  
• The board can then be removed from the system completely.
  

Step 5

Install the new board.

Step 6

Replug the cables.

Step 7

Re-assemble the laser head assembly.
(The laser head assembly will be on top when screwing)

Step 8

Turn on the machine to check the optical path and align it if necessary.
