Description
When the positions of the camera preview and the actual engraving don't match or are twisted, it is usually related to camera calibration or camera cover issues.
If the offset is small, it can be fine-tuned by the built-in function in the machine. Please refer to the following steps.
Step 1
Check whether the camera cover has fallen off. Under normal circumstances, the camera cover should be firmly fixed on the door cover. Please shake the cover with your fingers to see if it is firmly fixed.

Apply super glue to the edge of the cover as marked in the photo below.

Step 2
Check whether the eight screws on the door cover and sheet metal are tight. (8 pcs of T8 screws)

Step 3
Based on the module you have, please refer to the link below to perform camera calibration and test the camera preview afterward.
