Ador - Printing Module Calibration

Before start

Step 1 - Updated to the latest version of Beam Studio and Ador Firmware

 Download the latest version of Beam Studio and Ador Firmware from the official FLUX website > "Support"> "Downloads."
Update the firmware by following the "Firmware Update" tutorial in the Ador Help Center.

Step 2 - Launch the latest version of Beam Studio on your computer.

Click on "Machine" in the top left corner, select the machine name, and click on "Calibrate Printing Module" to start.
*Note: Ensure you have done the Camera Calibration before starting the "Calibrate Printing Module."

Printing Module Calibration

Step 1 - Place an A4 white paper at the center of the work area.

Step 2 - Start Focusing

Click the focus button on the left side of the machine twice or long-press the "AF" button on the machine panel. In addition, a warning appears on the panel to ensure the focus block has been placed correctly. Please click "Continue" to proceed. Focusing is complete when the printing module touches the material and moves upward.

Step 3 - Install the Ink Cartridge

a. Gently shake the ink cartridge.

b. Remove the protective clip.

c. Clean the printhead with lint-free wipes sprayed with alcohol(above 99% recommended).

Please note the cleaning direction, which should be in one direction; do not wipe back and forth.
d. Install the ink cartridge into the print module.


Please ensure the module's cover is fully closed up.

Step 4 - Close the Door

Step 5 - Start Calibration

Click on "START PRINTING" to start. After printing, keep the door closed and follow the instructions in Beam Studio. Please align the middle of the red cross with the printed cross by adjusting the X / Y value.

Step 6 - Complete Calibration

After confirming the alignment, please click "Done" in the lower right corner to complete the printing module Calibration.
