This article will guide you through how to start an engraving task after the hardware installation.

Ador Rotary - Start Printing
Step 1
Please make sure you have the following software and firmware versions to use Ador's rotary function.
Beam Studio Version 2.3.8 or above (Guide) |
The firmware version 5.3.3 or above. (Guide) |
Step 2
Turn on the machine and install the module.
Refering to the links in the table below for the installation guides of modules.
Step 3
Place your engraving object on the rollers.
The available size range for the object is 3mm - 140mm.
For 3mm - 5mm objects, the auto-focus function is not available, so manual focus is required.
Here is a demonstration of how to adjust the rollers of the rotary.
(Simply press and hold the button at the right, and the rollers can be moved freely)

Step 4
Perform auto-focus.

Step 5
Place a piece of tape at the center of your object.
This will be helpful in finding the center of the object when using camera preview and the software.
Step 6
Launch Beam Studio and load your file or image. Set the work area to Ador and enable the rotary function.
Step 7
Set the parameters of the task according to your material and your module.
Step 8
Close the door and perform a camera preview to take a photo. Place your image on the object and rotate it if necessary. Drag the blue line in the middle of your object to set the center point.
Step 9
Start engraving.
Step 10
Check the result.
