Unboxing
# | Item | Q'ty |
1 | Allen Key (2mm) | 1pc |
2 | FLUX Rotary 2.0 | 1pc |
3 | Extension Bracket | 1pc |
4 | 7-pin to 6-pin Connection Cable | 1pc |
5 | Support Module | 1pc |

Step 1
Remove the laser or printing module if you have installed any.
Step 2
Remove the metal base of Ador.
Unscrew these two screws to remove the metal base.
Remove the metal base by lifting the machine a little and taking out the base directly.
Step 3
Unbox the extension base and remove the honeycomb.
Find the object height indication as circled in red. Place the whole extension base on a flat surface in a direction that when you face the base, the object height indication is on the right side.
Step 4
Lift the machine and try to put Ador's rubber feet into the four openings to assemble the machine and the extension base. Make sure that the left side of the machine is on the same side as the base control board.

Step 5
Find the cable from the box and insert the 7-pin side of the cable on the right side into the machine. The cable socket on the machine is between the top of the base and the bottom of the machine.
- Find the 7-pin side of the cable from the box. (The pin in the middle will be empty.)
- Find the cable socket on the right side of the machine. Using a mirror is highly recommended.
- Insert the cable, and please make sure the direction of the cable is correct.
- Put the rest of the cable into the space temporarily.
Step 5
Install the honeycomb in the middle layer.
The middle layer usually covers a wide range of object sizes. However, the layer can be changed freely depending on the actual size of your object.
- The available size range for the object is 3mm - 140mm.
- For 3mm - 5mm objects, the auto-focus function is not available. Manual focus is required.
Please refer to the link below to learn how to properly install the honeycomb.

Step 6
Place the rotary in the machine and insert the cable into the rotary.
Step 6.1
(Skip to Step 7 if you are not using the printing module.)
Take the pre-spray platform out from the box and insert it on the side. This plate is only designed for Ador's printing module. As the name suggests, it will be the pre-spray area when using the printing module with the rotary. Place the priming sticker on the plate to catch the pre-spray.
Step 6.2
If your honeycomb is in the top layer of 37mm / 1.4 inches, the pre-spray plate does not have to be installed. Directly place the priming sticker around the two openings.
Step 7
The hardware installation for the Ador Extension Base and Rotary 2.0 has been successfully completed.
Depending on the module you will be using, please refer to the following links to begin playing around with the rotary module.
