beamo II - Air Pump Replacement

Step 1

Turn off the machine, and remove the metal front cover.

Step 2

Unplug the air pump's cable on the mainboard.
(If your mainboard differs from the photos below, please check the diagram to find the correct cable position.)

Step 3

Remove the screws of the seat of the air pump. The air pump can then be unmounted.

Step 4

Cut off the cables on the air hoses.

Step 5

Detach the air hoses from the air pump.
Use pliers with paper or tissue to protect the air hose from damage.

The air pump can then be removed from the system.

Step 6

Plug in the new air pump's cable into the mainboard.
(If your mainboard differs from the photos below, please check the diagram to find the correct cable position.)

Step 7

Attach the air hoses to the new air pump.

Step 8

Mount the air pump on the frame.

Step 9

Reinstall the front metal cover.
