Description
The reason a touch screen is nonresponsive can be complex. It could be caused by a system failure, faulty screen, USB-C cable, RK board, or mainboard, etc.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1
Find the IP address of your machine using Beam Studio if possible.

Plug the mouse into one of the USB ports at the back of the machine to see if the little circle (cursor) can be moved around. Then, try selecting options on the panel by left-clicking, as in the video below.

Try using the other USB at the back of the machine and see if the machine can be controlled.

Step 2
Copy the IP address and write it down on the address bar of your browser.
Then add :8000 at the end of the IP address of the machine to have the screen of the machine showing on the browser.
- For example, in the photos above, my machine has the IP address 192.168.1.217.
- Therefore, I will be putting the IP address in the browser like this 192.168.1.217:8000.
- After that, you should get the screen of the machine, and it should be able to control the machine.

Reset to the factory and try the touch again.

Update or re-update the firmware to the latest version using Beam Studio. (Download Link)
After the update, try the touch function again.

Step 4
Try to reflash the system and see how it goes. Please refer to the link below.

Try to replug the cables by following the steps.
- Refer to the article below to raise the upper part of the machine.
In Step 10, the cables will be able to be reached, so you can stop there.

- When you reach the cables, on the RK board, replug these cables.
(Please note that the USB-C cable with the marked side has to be facing out)
- Go to the mainboard and replug the USB-C cable.

- Restore the position of the frame of the machine.

- Turn on the machine and test the touch function.
