Note:
Reflashing the system is a way to solve system bootup failure, blank screen, etc.
Reflashing the system of an Ador requires a Windows computer or laptop.
It is recommended that you contact your local reseller first before doing so.
Tools:
- A computer with the Windows OS.
- USB cable (Within Accessory Box).

Step 1 - Download the data from the Ador
⚠︎ If your machine cannot boot normally or connect to the computer, please contact customer service to get the data.
- Update the firmware to version 5.1.17 or above.
- Update Beam Studio to version 2.3.1 or above.
- Selecting the "Machine→Machine's Name→Camera Calibration Data→Download Data."
The file downloaded will be in .zip format and named after your machine's name.
For example, Ador (Timothy) .zip.
Step 2 - Install the driver and launch the reflash software
Install the driver and launch the reflash software after downloading it.
Step 3 - Connect the USB cable
Turn off the machine and connect the USB cable to the computer.
Step 4 - Turn on the machine
As the picture shows, open the lid and find a button inside the right hole.
The button looks like this:
Once the button is found, press and hold it, and then turn on the machine.
⚠︎ Please do not release the button before the machine is detected.
Step 5 - Confirm the connection

Check the software. The words at the bottom should be changed from "No Devices Found" to
"Found One LOADER Device."
This indicates the machine has entered "Burning Mode," and the button can be released.
If the words at the bottom remain "No Devices Found."
Please reconnect by Step 4 and Step 5.
Step 6 - Start reflash
Extract the downloaded firmware.
Select the firmware and start the process.
Step 7 - Check the Reflashing Status
When it shows "reset device success" on the right side status, then the reflashing is successful.
If it doesn't show "reset device success" on the right side status, it could fail on reflash. Please contact customer service and attach a screenshot of the software.
Step 9 - Reflash successfully
Once the process is finished, the machine will restart. The light and screen will be off first.
After a few minutes, the light and screen will be on again.
The screen will be "Initializing" for about 3mins - 5mins before entering the main page.
Step 10 - Update the firmware
After entering the main page, the process of reflashing is done.
Please refer to the guidance below to connect the WiFi and update the firmware to the latest version.
Step 11 - Upload the data
Run the Beam Studio version 2.3.1 or above and select the "Machine→Machine's Name→Camera Calibration Data→Upload Data→Choose the file downloaded in Step 1."
Step 12 - Calibrate the camera
Please calibrate the camera again to attain the correct preview.
