5-3 Unable to Open Software Properly / Software Quits Unexpectedly

If your computer pops up with a window that does not respond when you open the software, please make sure you have installed Visual C++ Redistributable on your computer. Please install Visual C++ redistributable packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019.

MacOS: 

Please update your system to macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or above. Some older versions of macOS may have support issues.

Linux:

Due to numerous types of systems, please provide the software log to FLUX Support.

Beam Studio Web Version：

If none of the above methods can successfully open the software, please contact the official technical team first. If urgent, you can use the Beam Studio web version.

Whether you are using a PC or Mac, tablet/phone, or Chromebook, as long as you have Chrome or Safari installed, you can use Beam Studio.
