Description
The reason the machine is not able to be turned on can be complex. It could be caused by a system failure, faulty screen, USB-C cable, RK board, power adaptor, mainboard, etc.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

Step 1
Check the emergency button if it is pressed and causing a booting issue.
(Make sure the button is NOT pressed.)

Please check if the green light on the adapter is solid ON or flashing when the power button is turned on.
(It should always stay solid ON.)

Unplug the power cable from the machine and then see if the green light is on.

Switch your domestic power socket and see if the green light is on.

Try to replug the cables by following the steps.
- Refer to the article below to raise the upper part of the machine.
In Step 10, the cables will be able to be reached, so you can stop there.

- When you reach the cables on the RK board, replug them.
(Please note that the USB-C cable with the marked side has to be facing out)
- Go to the mainboard and replug the USB-C cable.
(Please note that the USB-C cable with the marked side has to be facing out)
- Restore the position of the machine's frame.

- Check if the machine can be turned.

Reflash the system and see if the machine can be turned on. Please refer to the link below.
