#921 Auto Focus Failed

Description

#921 indicates that an error occurred during the focusing process.
This article will help you identify and resolve possible causes of the issue.
If the following steps do not immediately solve the problem, completing them will help you collect valuable information that allows the FLUX team to diagnose the issue more efficiently.

 

Possible Causes:

  1. General focus failure: the probe did not touch the material, or the material interfered with the Z-axis movement
  2. Exceeded maximum Z-axis travel distance
  3. Print module interfered during homing
  4. Probe malfunction

 

 

Step 1 - Home the Z-axis

Tap the Z-axis home icon on the control panel to perform homing.Z homing _EN.gif

 

 

Step 2 - Check if the material interferes with the homing

Make sure the material surface is flat. Uneven or warped surfaces may interfere with the homing process, causing errors.AF範例.gifAF失敗.gif

 

 

Step 3 - Contact Customer Support

Record a video of the issue and send it to FLUX Customer Support for further assistance.
