Step 1 - Machine Location Confirmation
Please ensure your machine is not placed near a window or anywhere that will be exposed to sunlight.
If the location cannot be changed, please close the curtain to prevent sunlight from entering.
(Sunlight's wavelength is close to fire, so the sensors might be triggered when reading sunlight.)

Step 2 - Check the Fire Sensor
Click on the touch panel: “Machine > Hardware Settings > Fire Sensor Test” to check the values shown in parentheses next to F3.
- F3 represents the three sensors on the LED board, and the value in parentheses indicates the number of triggered sensors.
- F1 represents the sensor on the laser head.

Confirm the total number of triggered sensors, F1 + F3.
(For example, in the image above, F1 = 0 and F3 = 1, so 0 + 1 = 1; it indicates one sensor is triggered.

Step 2.1 - Adjust the Sensitivity of the Fire Sensor
Please set the sensitivity of the fire sensor to "LOW" and try again.
Click on the touch panel: “Machine > Hardware Settings > Fire Detect Switch > On > Set Sensitivity to ‘Low’”.
Fire Detect Switch Sensitivity setting instructions:
- High: 1 sensor is triggered, and the warning will pop up.
- Medium: 2 sensors are triggered, and the warning will pop up.
- Low: 3 sensors are triggered, and the warning will pop up.

Step 3 - Prevent the Environmental Lighting Interfering
- Click on the touch panel: “Machine > Hardware Settings > Fire Sensor Test.”
- Cover the machine's acrylic lid with an opaque material, and check if the values shown in parentheses next to F1 and F3 are both 0.
