The mainboard/MB/motherboard is malfunctioning.
The LED board is dead.
The extension base's control board is down.

The sensors' position can be adjusted slightly. Please try loosening the screws and moving the sensors to see if this solves the issue. You can try these positions: middle, right, and left for both sensors. Random positions are also worth trying.
