(Application for external air pump will only warn on weak air flow, which indicates the air flow value drops below the normal range.)
Step 1
Replace the air pump filter with a new one on the side of the machine and run an airflow test to see if the value is within the normal range. (Please run at least 1 minute as the value will keep changing.)
Determine the test result and the next action to take
Step 1.1
Run a random task and see if the error pops up.

Step 1.2
Re-update the firmware to a stable version to rule out the possibility of a firmware issue.

Step 2
When running the airflow speed test, does the air come out from the nozzle tip, as shown in the video?
Determine the test result and the next action to take
Step 2.1
Please use your finger to block the nozzle tip and hold it for 10 seconds, and release it to see the changes in the value.

Step 2.3
Open the front metal cover to visually check and replug or rearrange the cables or hoses if necessary:
(Please see the mainboard diagram for the definition of cables)
- If there is any improper connection of the air hoses to the air pump.
- If there is any improper connection to the transparent 3-way air hose.
- If there is any improper connection of the air pump wires and cable to the motherboard.
- If the air hose is bent somewhere.
Remove the front metal cover. (T8 torx screw * 10 pcs.)
Determine the test result and the next action to take.

Remove the screen and connect the Type-C cable to the RK board.
(Make sure the white dot on the Type-C cable is facing up.)
Check the locations as in the video.
After checking and rearranging, run the airflow speed test. Does the air come out from the nozzle tip, as shown in the video?
Determine the test result and the next action to take.
