Description

#927 indicates that a Remote Interlock detection error has occurred.

Possible Causes:

  1. The 3-pin Remote Interlock on the extension base is not installed.
  2. Class 4 mode is enabled, but the extension base is not installed.
  3. Class 4 mode is enabled and the extension base is installed, but the Ethernet cable of the base is not connected.

 

 

Step 1 - Check the Safety Key Settings

On the machine panel, go to Machine → Hardware Settings → Safety Key Settings and verify whether it is set to Class 4 mode.安全鑰匙EN.gif

 

Confirm your result and follow the next step:

  • Yes, but the extension base is not installed >> Switch to Class 1 mode >> Problem resolved
  • No, it is set to Class 1 mode but the error still appears >> Record a video of the screen >> Contact Customer Support and send the video for further assistance.

 

 

Step 2 - Check the Remote Interlock Port on the Extension Base

Please check whether the 3-pin Remote Interlock port on the lower-right corner of the extension base is connected with a jumper or another interlock device.

 

Confirm your result and follow the next step:

  • Yes >> Unplug and reconnect the jumper to ensure proper installation >> Error disappears >> Problem resolved
  • No >> Plug in the jumper or interlock device >> Error disappears >> Problem resolved

 

 

Step 3 - Check the Ethernet Cable Connection

Ensure that the Ethernet cable of the extension base is properly connected.

  • Yes >> Unplug and reconnect the Ethernet cable to ensure proper installation >> Error disappears >> Problem resolved
  • Yes >> Unplug and reconnect the Ethernet cable to ensure proper installation >> Error persists >> Contact Customer Support
