Step 1 - Check the Safety Key Settings
On the machine panel, go to Machine → Hardware Settings → Safety Key Settings and verify whether it is set to Class 4 mode.

Please check whether the 3-pin Remote Interlock port on the lower-right corner of the extension base is connected with a jumper or another interlock device.
